Return & Exchange Policy

All products are custom-produced; therefore, returns or exchanges are permitted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email clear images of the issue to our support team at [dhatualchemy@gmail.com]. Our team will review the request and respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges are permitted only for the same product and only in cases where the item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection by our quality control team. Approval or rejection will be based on the condition of the product upon evaluation.

We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests in the following situations:

  • The product has been used after delivery
  • The damage occurred due to improper handling, installation, or misuse

Once a return or exchange request is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The shipment tracking details must be shared with our support team via email.

Replacement items are dependent on product availability. In the event that a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be processed to the customer’s original mode of payment.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

In the event of an approved return due to transit damage or a verified defect, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after the product passes our quality check.
